If you do not have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from a research university in a business field, you will first take our pre-Master’s programme for a maximum of half a year.
If you already have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration, you can broaden your knowledge in this field with our 18-month part-time programme. Our professors and lecturers all have a doctoral degree and are at the forefront of business administration research. They will invite you to discuss and form your own view on a wide variety of operational as well as strategic issues that companies face today and in the future.
By applying theory to exciting real-world cases and to your own organisation, your learning curve will be steep, helping you to become a leader in your management field of interest.
The Executive Programme in Management Studies allows you to study business success from 3 important angles: Strategy, Digital Business and Leadership & Management. You will choose on which field of management you want to focus by selecting 1 track. You will also deepen or extend your track with 2 electives from the same or another discipline.
During the programme, you only attend lectures on Fridays between 9:00 and 17:00: 2 lectures, each taking more or less 3 hours. One day per week you can fully focus on your studies, together with your fellow students. All lectures, in small groups, will be held on the Roeterseiland Campus, in the centre of Amsterdam.
During the intensive 18-month programme, you will learn and work together with motivated fellow students, all with different backgrounds and from a wide variety of industries. We keep our classes small to give you the opportunity to interact with your fellow students during the lectures.
Interact with our dedicated academic experts, all actively participating in scientific research and following all recent developments in their respective fields. On top of that, you will meet industry experts, who are invited to teach or supervise guest lectures and electives.
As a participant in our programme, you also get access to our alumni network and special alumni events, putting you into direct contact with representatives from a wide range of leading national and international companies.
Expect interesting lectures and guest lectures from enthusiastic academic and industry experts. You have plenty of opportunity to ask individual questions and discuss answers with lecturers thanks to the small size of the groups.
Your academic thinking will be challenged by discussing theory and having you apply the acquired knowledge to real business cases as well as to your own company.
You will team up with fellow students to find solutions for complex business issues, offering you the opportunity to widen your perspective and have a great learning experience.
